Reflexology is a wonderful, natural and simple way of helping your body to heal itself.
With no age restrictions on who is suitable for a treatment, everyone can benefit from Reflexology - as a nurturing, healing treatment for the unwell, or as a regular relaxing health boost to keep the body's systems balanced.
Ashley's treatments are 45mins to an hour in length, and include relaxation techniques on the feet (or hands), the reflexology session itself, a wind-down massage with a home-blended aromatic lotion and time to reflect on the treatments so far.
The first consultation usually takes an additional 25mins, as Ashley will need to take full details of your medical history prior to the reflexology session.
