Located in Lampeter town centre, Ceredigion

Ashley's healing rooms are upstairs at 46 High Street in Lampeter, a wonderful town in rural Ceredigion, Wales.

 

The smaller of the two spaces is used for reflexology and one-to-one sound sessions. Here he has a comfortable hydraulic couch, and atmospheric salt lighting.

The larger studio comfortably accommodates six people in a group Sound Bath session, and is an airy and relaxing space.

All rooms at 46 High Street are accessed by a staircase, so may not be suitable for all.

 

Ashley also hosts a fortnightly Gong Bath at Cellan Millennium Hall, [located 2.5miles outside Lampeter, Postcode SA48 8HZ] which is fully accessible and can accommodate up to 16 people at each Gong Bath.
