Ash first gained an interest in Reflexology around the age of 10, when he was a case study during his father's Reflexology training.

However it wasn't until 2007 that Ashley took the plunge and signed up with David Wayte at the well-renowned Jubilee College to complete his training and gain membership of the Association of Reflexologists.

As part of Dancing Tree Reflexology, Ashley works with various local health promotion teams providing taster sessions and information about reflexology, to promote the benefits of complementary therapies in the Huddersfield and Halifax areas.

Outside the realms of reflexology, Ash enjoys spending time outside in the woods, practicing his Bushcraft and brushing up on his spoon-carving skills.

Ash also has a keen interest in photography, often trying to capture nature at its best whilst he walks the wilderness that is Longley Woods, Huddersfield!

Ashley recently married Sarah his long-standing partner in a lovely, touching ceremony in their native West Wales.
